Package timings

●  Day of arrival – the all-inclusive package will start at 12pm (noon).

●  During your stay – the all-inclusive package will be available from 10 am to 11 pm daily.

●  Day of departure – The package will end at 12pm (noon) on your departure day when your accommodation package ends.

●  During Breakfast – Juice, water, regular filter coffee and tea will be served during breakfast service.

Take note

●  The resort does not operate on the wristband system.

●  Guests will be required to sign an order docket for all items consumed on the package. Items included in the package will be 100% discounted on the order docket, while items not included in the package will show the respective charges at the prevailing menu price.

●  The package will be applied to the whole booking and all stay nights.

●  For example, it will not be permitted to book 1 x person or room on Half Board and another person on the All Inclusive Package OR one day Half Board then another day All Inclusive.

●  Guests who wish to upgrade their meal package to the All Inclusive Package must study the package carefully prior to upgrading.

●  Once upgraded the package cannot be changed again and are non-refundable.

●  All-inclusive guests receive an “All Inclusive Pocket Guide” upon check-in, all menu items included in the packages are indicated on menus with (AI) next to the item available in the packages and receive an explanation letter in their room attached to the welcome letter. The same is explained to the guest during the arrival info session and by the service staff and senior management members are available, visible and approachable throughout the day to assist in an explanation should a guest still not understand the package. The Resort will therefore not accept any liability for guests claiming they did not know about what the package includes and excludes refusing to pay for any items that are not included in the package.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

●  All guests (including All-inclusive guests) of the Resort are obligated to sign a service docket for items ordered.

●  Meal Plans do not include beverages UNLESS the All Inclusive Supplement is utilized.

●  The a la carte menu options are not included in any of the Meal Plans.

●  Picnic Boxes/Breakfast packs/Lunch packs (Take Away Meals) are not included in any meal plan and is available at an additional supplementary charge.

●  Meals are not exchangeable i.e. should a guest miss dinner due to dining outside the property the “lost” dinner can not be exchanged for any other meal option, refund, discount or credit.

●  Dinner options are provided for late arrivals after 22:00 pm to the guests free of charge and are not exchangeable for any other meal arrangements on any other days during their stay.
